Using “Forum Theatre” Oval Consulting will look at current challenges faced by Pharma Sales managers
Mary Pierson/Michael Yale - Oval Consulting
Forum Theatre is a unique opportunity to experience difficult situations and explore solutions in a live setting.
Forum Theatre:
Gives delegates the opportunity to shape real life difficult situations as they are played out before them.
Enables delegates to get to the heart of a tricky issue quickly and effectively
Allows different tactics and techniques to be tried and compared in a “safe” environment
Can be used to uncover exactly how people feel and are motivated by a manager’s actions.
Is an excellent way of bringing theory to life. Not only is it a memorable tool to consider alternative ways of handling problems it is tremendously enjoyable.
After their well received session at the summer meeting Oval Consulting are delighted to have been asked back for the February PSMG meeting. Oval are at the forefront of interactive learning and development training. Oval’s “Forum Theatre” based sessions are much in demand both in The UK and Internationally.

Networking dinner to be held on the evening of the 31st January
Our interactive networking dinners have proved very popular. So far these have included Quizzes, Wine Tasting, Cocktail making, an Interactive Game Show, a Horse Racing Night and dinner at a local Curry House. This is a great opportunity to meet colleagues and new members and have some fun before the actual meeting on the day.
This is always held the night before the main meeting and on this occasion will be at the hotel. The dinner is included in the PSMG Dinner, Bed and Breakfast rate of £115.00 per person including VAT.
It is your responsibility to book and pay for your own accommodation. Although this rate was negotiated a while ago with the hotel as a favourable rate, you may be able to find a cheaper rate through your own sources.
