Catching the Waves of Change

This session focused on real life examples of successful change management and identified ways of utilising these solutions to manage some of the current challenges facing  the pharmaceutical industry.  In particular, Andy looked at the skill sets required by Senior Sales Managers to maximise opportunities in a changing environment and provided some practical tools for the audience to take back to their teams.
