Meaningful Customer Focus in a Changing NHS Landscape
Christine O'Connor, Chief Executive, CatchOn Group.
Christine’s presentation explored some of the current changes facing
the NHS and in particular looked at the developing commissioner/provider interface
and some of the emerging customers and Key Opinion Leaders. Her presentation
outlined some key change mechanisms and timelines as well as identifying strategies
to help the audience position their teams for success.

The business world is becoming an increasingly stressful place and we are
all under pressure to produce more with less. To achieve this we need to get
more out of our most important resource, our people. Tricia’s session
focused on stress and how it can affect individuals and provided the audience
with some simple techniques to help reduce stress in the workplace.
