‘Shaped’ for Leadership'
The group were enriched and challenged to be the best leader possible by Ken Buist’s iconoclastic connection style. Through a combination of presentation, participation, on-line comprehensive personal reports and coaching, participants learned of their particular leadership ‘shape’ within which they were uniquely equipped. They discovered and developed a unique Leadership Character & Leadership Style, describing the authentic “you” . Finally they received the key to unlock their full potential and become the leader they wanted to be.
Mr Noel Staunton, Consultant Pharmacist, M.R.PharmS, MBA, Dip H. Econ, 3i Consultancy Ltd
"As we all know the NHS is in a constant state of change. However, many NHS announcements come to nothing and even those that are followed through to completion may not affect pharma or your portfolio. The trick is to identify those changes that affect Pharma and then to do something about them. In his session Noel gave a rapid overview of all the widely discussed NHS changes of the last 5 years and helped identify which are to be taken seriously and which aren't."
